• Advising Mainstream Renewable Power on acquisition of wind farm projects in Ireland.
• Advising Enterprise Equity Ireland, the AIB Seed Capital Fund and the Western Development Commission on a number of equity investments and disposal including disposal of their interests in FMC Tech Limited
• Acting as Irish legal adviser to investors in Aer Arann in Examinership
• Acting for SensL Technologies in raising €1.5million equity from Enterprise Equity, Delta Partners and Enterprise Ireland.

• Advising Airtricity on its €1.8billion disposal to Scottish and Southern Energy
